In the heart of the Valle d’Itria, surrounded by greenery, stands the Masseria Grofoleo, an ancient eighteenth-century courtyard composed of Trulli and Cummerse, located in the countryside of the town of Locorotondo with a view of the famous ” lungomare ”(seafront), an exciting area made up of a mosaic of small vineyards marked by dry stone walls, about 700 m from the historic center of Locorotondo.
Inside the compound you will find all the environments of the peasant past: from the areas reserved for animals, now redesigned in rooms furnished in a simple and welcoming style to guarantee a stay to be lived in total relaxation, in the farmyard, previously a work place where the peasants manipulated cereals and other agricultural products, now an architectural work to be admired in its entirety.
